Our Process
How It Works
Site survey & logistics
We carry out a measured setting-out visit, check foundations, anchor bolt positions and crane access, then produce a staged erection plan and RAMS aligned with the main contractor programme.
Delivery & crane setup
Frames arrive on pre-booked deliveries; our certificated slinger/signaller and crane supervisor coordinate lifts and temporary bracing with the contractor to ensure safe, efficient offload and positioning.
Erection, checks & handover
Erectors assemble panels, secure structural connections and install temporary bracing and ties; we complete tolerances checks, attach manufacturer's fixings and issue a handover pack with site QA records.

Our erectors work from detailed setting-out drawings, verify foundation bolts and plate levels, and ensure all panel interfaces and packings meet structural tolerances before permanent fixings are applied.
Safety, crane control and programme discipline. We supply certificated slinger/signallers and work alongside appointed crane contractors under the supervision of our crane and lift supervisors. Temporary bracing, weather protection and scaffold coordination are standard practice to protect timber and trades following erection. As a family-run business we provide a single point of contact and thorough handover documentation including QA checks and site photos.
